Each year an update to ICD-10 codes is published. Starting in version 2.9.319, EHR allows you to update ICD-10 codes directly from the software, with no need for a full system update. This does not need to be done from the Server.
Please note - This update adds the new codes to the library only. It does not update the codes on your DX lists, or make any changes to Patient Charts.
The update file for 2026 codes (active Oct 1 2025) can be downloaded Here. Save the file then follow the steps below.
Choose Tools - Import ICD Update File
Press Yes to the warning message
Browse to Downloads, highlight the "2025icd10adddropupdate2.txt" and press Open
The system will begin to process codes and will notify you when complete. This process will only take about 30 seconds and other users can continue to work.
The new codes will now be accessible via the Search ICD10 Library button on your Diagnosis Exam Screen.
