Ingenico Drivers

Should not be needed but help in some cases.  Installing RCM will also install these drivers.

With an RDP setup you do not want RCM running on the RDP client side, only on the Server where PM runs.

You can still get the EMV terminal drivers via RCM on the Client side by installing it and then uninstalling, it will leave the drivers behind.

Alternate method is installing the drivers, these are for Ingenico Devices only.

INSTALLING RCM ON A TERMINAL SERVER:

Sign directly into the Terminal Server as an Administrator
Make sure all other users/remote sessions are disconnected and logged out of the terminal server
Run "change user /install" in the command prompt
Run the RCM installer as an Administrator
Select "User-Specific" in the RCM installation
If possible, reboot the Terminal Server after install, If you cannot run "change user /execute" in the command prompt
Run the RCM as an Administrator
Right Click RCM and select "Port Configure"
Check the "Dynamic Ports" box if POS is compatible.
If it is not, you'll need to extend the port range and then log in as each user and manually set their RCM port
Set the Port Range to more than the number of users that will be signing into the Terminal Server
E.G if they have 5 users that will sign into the terminal server you could open up the range of 21113-21123
Restart the RCM after setting the port range
